report on Kyotofu (and their soy softserve)
Scored at Kyotofu fresh berries (!) over the Chocolate-Black Soybean soy softserve which is vegan :-)
The Kinako flavor was a very good taste. Cute helper guy said it tasted like peanut butter, so I refrained from 'twisting' it with Chocolate... Reminded me of a much less sharper peanut butter with a nice aftertaste. (Kinako is made with/from toasted soy flour.)
